Floating Contracts also considered null and void by the Supreme Court!! Apr 8, 2015

Judgement was issued on the 15th of January 2015, number 830/2015, studying the case of a Floating contract. This particular contract was lacking the object provided by the law, which violates the peremptory norm of article 9.1 of the law, 42/1998. These contracts must contain accurate descriptions of the buildings, the location and housing. It must indicate the days and hours when it starts and ends.
This ruling is very important for those who were not sold just floating weeks, but also the points system. The Supreme Courts are insistent on giving consumers the good news about their rights.
